Customers may pay with a credit card at the time of shipping.
Pricing:
All prices listed are discounted professional prices and may be subject to change without notice. Retail customers may be subject to a different price schedule.
Returns:
All products to be returned must have a Return Authorization number. Please contact customer service via email [email protected] or via phone at 804-273-9721 so they can assist.
Returns are handled on a case by case basis and are subject to the specific nature of the ordered product, the condition of the item and it’s packaging. Some custom / special order items may be subject to restocking fees or may not be returnable. Returned items will be credited or exchanged for other products (excluding shipping charges).
Damaged Merchandise:
We take great care in filling, checking and packing your order. If your order is damaged or short, please contact customer service via email [email protected] or via phone at 804-273-9721 immediately so we can get you taken care of and correct the problem. Please be sure to keep the box and all packing materials from the damaged shipment as they may be needed for insurance purposes.
Shipping:
Expedited shipping services are available upon request for an additional charge. Orders will be shipped as soon as possible or as directed. Shipping will be added to all orders.
Delinquent Accounts:
Past due invoices will be charged finance charges at the rate of 1.5% per month. Collection & Attorney Fees will be added to delinquent accounts. Until and unless paid in full, all merchandise remains the property of Physio Tech until and customer will allow Physio Tech to enter the property to repossess the items if deemed necessary.
Your Account:
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Physio Tech is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Physio Tech and it’s associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
No unlawful or prohibited use/intellectual property:
